There is no minimum order value.

Collection is available by prior arrangement only. Courier at cost only (you can arrange your own)

All purchases are subject to availability, and you will be contacted if your items cannot be dispatched upon clearance of your payment. Dispatch will take place when payment has cleared. Sorry we do not accept telephone orders. You can enquire about availability by emailing enquiries@exotic-gardening.co.uk

Full payment must accompany the order. Cheques must be in Pounds Sterling and made payable to "EXOTIC GARDENING UK". Payment via credit and debit card can only be made online after registering securely with PayPal (via www.exotic-gardening.co.uk) and using the online shopping service. Registration is required and adds to your own safety against fraud. Please do not send cash.

Insured/Recorded/Airmail delivery is available at extra cost. Please allow 28days for delivery once your payment has cleared.

Please note INSURANCE is Extra. I cannot guarantee safe delivery of items when not insured! UK insurance is recommended at £1.50p per order.

Should you not be satisfied with any of my seeds, plants or seedlings please let me know. Any plants or seeds you are not satisfied with will be replaced or refunded, if returned to me within seven days of purchase.

POSTAGE AND PACKING - ALL UK ORDERS

Unfortunately due to escalating postage and packing costs we will be increasing the postage price from 1 April 2008. Prices are regardless of value or weight. Please note that items may be sent separately but we only charge one postage fee. Extra charges apply outside of the UK.

All UK orders are subject to a 0.75p flat fee per order (to 31/3/08) - As of 1/4/08 this will increase to a flat fee of £1.00.

OVERSEAS will be subject to extra charges.

SEED BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: - Seed is a living product, dependant upon many growing skills such as proper planting time, seed depth, soil type, irrigation, fertiliser and other chemical/organic product usage, disease free soil, and reasonable weather conditions for the growing period. Germination is affected by these factors, such as temperature, moisture content, light intensity and contamination of planting media. These factors are totally out of my (the seller's) control and are the buyer's responsibility and risk. Consequentially, I (the seller) cannot guarantee seed to perform properly regardless of conditions or the buyer's methods or mistakes. Should you feel that the seed purchased is not satisfactory, please email me within seven days of receipt and return the seed for a refund or replacement.

PLANT BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: - Plants are a living product, dependant upon many growing skills such as proper planting, soil type, irrigation, fertiliser and other chemical/organic product usage, disease free soil, and reasonable weather conditions for the growing period. Growth and longevity is affected by these factors, such as temperature, moisture content, light intensity and contamination of planting media. These factors are totally out of my (the seller's) control and are the buyer's responsibility and risk. Consequentially, I (the seller) cannot guarantee items to perform properly regardless of conditions or the buyer's methods or mistakes. Should you feel that the plant purchased is not satisfactory, please email me within seven days of receipt and return the plant for a refund or replacement.

Replacement is not available for any special offer items.

Edible plants: - On this website and in our catalogue we have advised of many edible plants (and those that are poisonous). You should ensure that you are eating the fruit or parts of the plant that are edible, washed and safe to eat! We do not accept any responsibility should the above be ignored. Where children are concerned, you should not encourage them to eat any plants that they pick themselves.
